Starting a Non-Profit: Lessons from Voluntree

Hi, I'm Mihajlo, one of the founders of Voluntree. Having recently launched this non-profit organization, I'm excited to share my experiences and help others who are looking to start their own ventures. If you are interested in starting a non-profit organization but unsure where to begin, I would be more than happy to help you get started. I can assist with any stage of the process, from the initial idea to launching. This includes, but is not limited to, choosing the right technologies, presenting the idea to potential investors, and meeting legal requirements. Whether you're in the early planning stages or ready to dive in, I'm here to offer support and answer your questions.

Intro to Tufting

Hi:) I'll be doing an online introduction to tufting for rugs where we will discuss the basic materials, tools and techniques of this craft. For those not familiar with it, tufting is a carpet making technique that uses a special tufting gun. I have been tufting for 1.5 years now as a hobby during which I've had lots of fun, but not without some trial & error since I started out without knowing pretty much anything about the process, information that would have helped me progress much faster with less material waste. So during this workshop, I will also talk about my experience with the process (learning curve, common mistakes, cost of materials, noise factor, etc.), show some examples, and answer any questions you may have about this craft. Hopefully it will inspire those who are interested and help those who are at the start of their tufting journey - Sibel:)
